Moving? Remodeling? Decluttering? Portable Storage Containers

If you're getting ready to move or are planning a big de-cluttering project, you may want to consider renting a mobile storage container.

Delivered right to your driveway or yard, these steel, weather-resistant containers can be used for short or long term storage purposes. Two companies that I've heard about are PODS (Portable On Demand Storage) and 1-800-Pack-Rat , which are both franchise operations, so you'd have to check local availability.

Now I don't have personal experience using either of these companies yet, but it sounds like an easy alternative for homeowners, rather than using off-site storage facilities, which can be a bit of a hassle with having to load your car and drive back and forth.
